Music bingo for team building and office parties

  • Company logo on the card
  • Up to 2000 cards online
  • Host guide included

How do you run music bingo at work? Make one playlist with something for every department, paste the link and put the company logo on the card. Every colleague gets a unique card; the host gets a separate PDF with the rules and a checklist. Try it free with 9 cards first.

How to set it up for your team

  1. Put the list together

Ask colleagues to send in one song each beforehand, or make your own mix of decades and genres. Allow 40 to 50 songs for an afternoon with two rounds.

  2. Make it yours

Pick the Corporate theme, upload the company logo and put the name of the event above the card. The preview shows exactly what the A4 sheet will look like.

  3. Order the number you need

Choose the number of cards and pay; you receive the PDFs by email and on your order page. At checkout you can enter a company name and VAT number.

1 to 9 cards are free, with no account or email address. For bigger groups you pick a pack; you see the price before you pay.

A playlist the whole team can join in with

At work, people in their twenties sit next to colleagues close to retirement. The list has to be recognisable for both.

  • Spread the songs across the decades, from the 70s to now
  • Let each department or team supply a few songs
  • Choose well-known choruses over personal favourites
  • Check the lyrics and leave out songs that are awkward at work
  • Add a few songs connected to the company or the city

Tips for the organiser

  • Play in pairs or per table when the group is large. It mixes departments and saves cards.
  • Plan two or three short rounds with a break, rather than one long one.
  • Appoint one host who runs the music and checks winning cards against the checklist.
  • Test the sound in the room beforehand; the chorus must be clear at the back.

Questions about music bingo at work

Can we put our company logo on the cards?

Yes. You can place a company logo at the top of the card and an image in the free centre square. The preview shows the result before you order.

How many cards can I order?

Up to 2000 cards can be ordered online, and every card is unique. If you need more, get in touch.

Does it work with remote colleagues?

The cards are made for printing. If you play remotely, send each colleague one page of the PDF and share the sound in the video call.
