2. What we deliver

With bingomaken you make music bingo cards from a Spotify playlist. You receive digital files: a PDF with your cards and a PDF with the host guide. We do not deliver printed cards or music.

The preview shows what your cards will look like. Each final card gets its own random arrangement.

3. Free cards

1 to 9 cards per download are free. You need no account and no email address for them. We may limit free use to prevent abuse.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euros and include VAT. You see the total before you pay.
  • From 10 cards you pay. If you order 10 to 19 cards, you receive the smallest pack of 20 cards.
  • For more than 2,000 cards we make a quote on request.
  • Payment goes through Mollie, with the payment methods Mollie offers for your country. The contract is concluded once your payment is confirmed.
  • If you want an invoice in a company name, enter your company details at checkout.

5. Delivery and downloads

Once your payment is confirmed, we make your cards and send an email with a personal download link. You can also download the files on your order page.

Your files are ready for 30 days. For a paid order your order link works for 90 days: if you open it after the files were deleted, we make them again. After that this is no longer possible. Free downloads end after 30 days.

No email? Check your spam folder or have the email sent again from your order page.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for a distance purchase. An exception applies to digital content that is delivered immediately.

At checkout you expressly ask us to deliver immediately and declare that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. Once delivery has started, you can therefore no longer withdraw from the purchase.

This does not affect your rights if the files are not in order; see the next article.

7. Something not right?

Are the files damaged, incomplete or different from what you saw in the preview? Let us know. We deliver the files again, or refund you if a fix is not possible.

8. Your content and use

  • You may print the cards and use them at your own events, including business events.
  • You are responsible for what you upload or enter, such as logos, photos and texts. Only use material you have permission for.
  • Playing music at your event is your own responsibility, including any arrangements needed with your venue or a music licensing body.
  • You may not use the service in an automated way or in a way that disrupts its operation.

9. Spotify

bingomaken is not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify. Fetching songs depends on the access Spotify provides and on your playlist’s settings. You play music in your own Spotify app, under Spotify’s terms.

10. Liability

We do our best to keep the service working well, but cannot guarantee that it is always available.

Towards business customers our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. This limit does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

If you are a consumer, you always keep the rights the law gives you.

11. Complaints and governing law

Do you have a complaint? Get in touch; we would like to find a solution together.

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. Your order is governed by the terms as they stood on this page at the time you ordered.
