Playing
What is music bingo and how do you play?
Music bingo is bingo with songs instead of numbers. The host plays short snippets from a shuffled playlist, players cross off the song on their card, and the first to complete the winning pattern shouts BINGO. Our rules page has a host checklist and sample script.
Are all cards different?
Yes. Every card gets its own random arrangement of songs. Some songs appear on several cards, just like regular bingo; we spread them as evenly as possible across all cards.
How many songs do I need?
A 5×5 card with a free center needs at least 24 distinct songs, a 4×4 needs 16, a 6×6 needs 36 and a 7×7 with free center needs 48. Twice as many gives more variety between cards.
Spotify
Do I need a Spotify account?
Not to create cards: you can paste your own song list or upload a CSV. To play the music, you use Spotify within the options of your own account.
Can I use any Spotify playlist?
You can use any public playlist link for the QR code and the link in your host guide. Automatic song import only works where Spotify allows it. If not, paste the tracklist (Title – Artist per line) or upload a CSV.
Does bingomaken play the music?
No. We make the cards; you play the playlist in the Spotify app with shuffle on. We never download, store or stream audio.
Pricing and payment
Can I make music bingo for free?
Yes. One to nine unique cards are free as an A4 PDF, with no account, email or watermark.
What about 10 cards? Is that free too?
No. From 10 cards it’s paid. The smallest paid package is 20 cards for €15.00 including VAT.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Free cards need nothing. For paid orders we only ask for your email so we can deliver the PDF.
How do VAT and invoices work?
Our prices include VAT. The VAT portion depends on your country. Ordering for a business? Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout for an invoice; with a valid EU VAT number, reverse charge may apply.
How fast do I get my cards?
Our target is your PDF within five minutes of a successful payment. You can follow the status on your order page and receive an email with a secure download link. No email? Check spam, or resend it from your order page.
I need a lot of cards, or an unusual number.
Between packages, you pay the previous package plus €0.35 per extra card. Above 500 cards you pay €150 plus €0.20 per extra card, so 1,000 cards cost €250. Need more than 2,000? We’ll send a quote.
Printing and design
Can I print two cards on one A4 page?
Yes. Choose 2 cards per A4. We don’t offer more than 2 per page: the squares would get too small to read titles and artists. For 6×6 and 7×7 we automatically switch to landscape or 1 card per A4.
Can I put my company logo in the center?
Yes, with a 5×5 or 7×7 grid. Upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP. Even grids (4×4, 6×6) have no single center square. You can also add a company logo at the top of the card, and photos of guests as extra free squares.
Can I add text above and below the card?
Yes, with one card per A4. Think of a welcome line, a sponsor or your website.
Can I see a preview before I pay?
Yes. You see an A4 preview of one or two pages with your songs, theme and logo. Final cards are uniquely shuffled.
What’s in the PDF?
Your cards on A4 and a separate host-guide PDF, including a QR code to your Spotify playlist if you added a link.
Which printers and PDF readers work best?
Any regular printer with A4 paper. Print at actual size (100%), not “fit to page”. Free readers like Adobe Acrobat Reader or your browser’s built-in PDF viewer work fine.
Business
Can I use the cards at a company event?
Yes, the cards suit office parties and team events, with your own logo and title. You are responsible for making sure you may play the music at your venue.
